Production Timeline

Our commitment to delivering quality products in a timely manner is paramount. Our standard production timeframe for most products is between 2 to 4 business days. However, please note that specific items may experience delays, as indicated on their respective product pages. For bulk orders exceeding $200, the production timeline extends to 5-7 business days. Kindly remember, the day you place your order is considered day 0, with the following business day marking the beginning of the service level agreement (SLA) period.

Holiday Production Timeline : Starting November 15th, we enter our busy holiday season; during this period, production times may extend beyond the standard timeframe. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If the SLA is extended the information will be posted on the top header of our website.

Express Production : For those in need of quicker turnaround times, we offer an Express Production option, ensuring your items are ready to ship within 1-2 business day

International Shipping Guidelines

Before placing orders for international shipping, please review the current USPS service alerts at USPS Service Alerts . Orders directed to countries on the USPS suspension list are subject to potential holds by postal carriers, with undetermined waiting times. Please proceed with caution, as shipping fees are non-refundable under these circumstance

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping partners, including the US Postal Service, DHL, and FedEx (and their affiliates), ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently. We reserve the right to select an alternate shipping method at no additional cost to you, ensuring your order is not delayed. It's important to note that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes—select a USPS option for such addresses. Although we strive for accuracy in our delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee carrier timelines. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 2-8 business days post-shipment, depending on the selected shipping method. Delays beyond our control may occur, and we are unable to offer refunds due to carrier delays. For bulk orders, please expect your items to arrive in multiple packages.

Return Policy

Damaged Items : Should your order suffer damage during transit, please inform us within 5 business days for a prompt replacement.

Completed Orders : Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Contact our support team for guidance on product returns or discrepancies.

Return shipping costs fall to the Retailer unless due to manufacturer defect. Incorrectly addressed packages returned to us will incur a reshipment fee. We refund ground shipping charges for defective returns; other shipping methods are not covered.

Replacements : Defective products undergo thorough inspection for replacement validation. Replacements will match the original design unless otherwise advisable. Products are not eligible if damage results from normal wear or common discoloring.

Discontinued Products : We bear no liability for retired or discontinued items. Stay updated via our product alert page and subscribe to our product alert newslette

Product Warranty

We stand by our goods against manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery. Warranty claims allow for replacement with identical items. Note that personalized products may naturally vary in shape, color, and size. Damage from normal wear or discoloring is not covered under warrant

For orders above $200, special considerations apply as these are classified as bulk orders. Such orders may require specific packaging solutions to ensure your items arrive safely. Please note that our deluxe and standard individual product packaging options—such as gift boxes, cello wrap, ribbons, and single product packaging—are not available for bulk orders. However, custom packaging slips, personalized messages, and exterior box labels are included. Bulk orders typically have a production timeline of 5-7 business days*, and while express production might be available for an extra charge, such orders aren't eligible for free shipping by pallet. Free shipping for bulk orders is exclusively available within the continental US; unfortunately, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska are excluded.
